How fast do you ship across India?
Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same business day. Metro cities: 1–2 business days. Tier-2 cities: 2–3 days. Tier-3 & small towns: 3–5 days. Northeast & islands: 5–7 days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free pan-India delivery on every order. No minimum cart value.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available on 19,000+ pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. A small ₹29 handling fee applies (waived on orders above ₹1,499). Prepaid orders get an extra ₹50 off with code PREPAID50.
What is your return policy?
We offer 3-day easy returns from the date of delivery on unopened items in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded — no questions asked.

Are the toys non-toxic and safe for toddlers?
Yes. Our Gujarat-sourced toys use non-toxic, food-grade water-based paints, phthalate-free plastics, and FSC-sourced woods. Toys labelled 3+ may contain small parts — always check the age badge.

Most of our catalogue is sourced directly from trusted manufacturers across Gujarat — India's toy-making heartland. We audit product specs and sample-test products under our Play Safe Promise before listing any SKU.

Do you have BIS / ISI certification?
Indian law requires BIS IS 9873 for toys sold in India. We are strengthening documentation with our manufacturing partners.
