Return window
You may start a return, exchange, or refund request within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery (as shown on your courier / order tracking). The window is calculated from the first successful delivery attempt.
Eligible for return or exchange
We will accept a return or exchange when:
- The product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered (wrong item, size, or variant).
- The product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and β where applicable β the factory / manufacturer tamper seal is intact and the toy matches our listing description.
Not eligible
Returns or standard exchanges are not accepted in these cases:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or played with beyond a reasonable inspection (unless the item is defective or wrong β we still help you).
- Missing original packaging, tags, or parts (unless the fault is ours or the carrierβs).
- Requests made after the 3-day window.
- Hygiene or consumable-style products where safety or quality cannot be verified on return (e.g. play dough, slime kits, opened bath toys / teethers if not returned unopened) β we may still replace if the item is defective; contact us with photos.
Exchange
Within the 3-day window you can request an exchange for the same product (e.g. replacement for damage) or, where we agree, store credit toward another purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at our warehouse. If a direct swap is not available, we will offer a refund or credit as per the refund section below.
Refunds
Once we approve your return and receive the item (or confirm damage from your proof, where pickup is not required), refunds are processed as follows:
- Online payments (UPI, card, net banking, wallets): refunded to the original payment source, usually within 5β7 business days after approval (bank / card networks may add a few days).
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: refunded via UPI or NEFT to the details you share, within 5β7 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage in transit, we will also refund or credit applicable delivery charges as appropriate.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please share a clear unboxing photo or short video with your order ID as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of delivery. Where the issue is confirmed, we offer a full replacement or full refund β no questions asked β in line with this policy.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with:
- Your order number / order ID
- Short description of the issue
- Photos (and video if helpful) of the product, outer box, and any damage
We will confirm the next step: reverse pickup (where available), return address, or immediate resolution. Please reach out within 3 days of delivery for the fastest handling.
Non-returnable items (summary)
Unless otherwise required by law or unless the item is defective / wrong, the following are typically final or restricted:
- Customised or personalised toys (made to your specification).
- Products marked final sale / clearance where stated at purchase.
- Opened puzzle sets, collectibles, or kits with missing pieces β if the issue was not reported at or shortly after delivery and documented with us.
